I got myself a S/MIME certificate for use with e-Mail. The purpose of the certificate is two-fold. First, it allows me to digitally sign my message so you know they actually came from me. Second, once you have my certificate you can send me encrypted e-Mail.

My "no travel" policy is going okay. Really, I pushed for a "no extended travel" policy and that has been kept for me. I spend a week in Denver followed by a week in San Diego. They are both great cities. I also love spending time with smart co-workers. The San Francisco office has a lot of great people, but most of the are working off site and I don't get to see them very often.
