Renames the files in a directory.

Usage: java -jar bilbo.jar [flags] command [command arguments]

  Flags:
  
    -c     Executes on current directory only (default is recursive)
    -v     Turns on verbose output
    -h     Displays this help message, or command specific help if a
             command is specified
    
  
  Commands (for command specific help use the -h flag before the command):
  
    generate   Generates file mappings
    convert    Converts between to different file mappings
    validate   Validates mapping files and gives output
    aggregate  Aggregates the mapping files to a single mapping in the 
               current directory
    
  
  Shortcuts (for shortcut specific help user the -h flag before the shortcut):

    there      generate original joliet
               convert -e0 original joliet
    backagain  convert -e0 joliet original
               clean
    anduril    generate -f directory
               aggregate
